Transparency

A value by which we may assess (e-)consultations.

  1. Examples:
    1. clearly defined message
    2. it is provided objectively!
    3. If all the agendas are apparent
    4. Reveals contradictory stakeholder interests
    5. That it is certain that no decisions are made in advance of the consultation
    6. people can check the way it is being re-presented
    7. Transparency is guaranteed.
