A value by which we may assess (e-)consultations.
- Examples:
- Ability to develop ideas and trains of thought
 - Experts are available for the case specific queestions arise
 - clear rules of participation and communication
 - has the right facilitator
 - generates new ideas
 - effective particpation - that is tailored to the needs & skills of allparticipants
 - control of the process to avoid to digressions
 - If all sides are prepared to compromise
 - Prevention of disruptive behaviour
 - let the participants feels emotionally involved
 - Good behaviour by participants
 - The moderators-facilitators are neutral. Persons that deserve the trust from all participant.
 - If the situation allows compromise
