Feedback

A value by which we may judge (e-)consultations.

  1. Examples
    1. consultation feedback included in decision making process
    2. feeds back the results to participants
    3. feeds back the action taken to the participants
    4. feedback mechanisms which allow the citzen to remain 'involved' throughout not just at the end
    5. Feedback mechanisms which enbable participants to keep track of where things were in the process.
    6. some form of e-consultation measurements or key performance indicator -KPI
    7. I'll get information later on what was finally done about with the consultation results
    8. Immediate feedback thanking for participation, providing the submitted entry, and giving instructions how to correct possible mistakes
